While our generous sponsors cover the cost of the event, we are requiring an early bird registration fee of $199 (plus tax and fees) to secure registration until May 20th, 2025. Registration will not be available at the event.
All proceeds from fees collected will go to support trades education and Honour The Work. This helps ensure that all who register will attend, that we can avoid holding seats for no-shows while people sit on the waitlist and that we can be less wasteful with our catering.

Meet The Presenters
Jake Bruton
Owner, Arrow Building
Jake Bruton is the owner of Aarow Building in Kansas City and Columbia, Missouri. His residential construction firm specializes in energy-efficient, durable, architecturally driven homes. Jake has been a presenter at the Building Science Symposiums, Build Show Live, IBS, and JLC Live, among other shows. Mark Bernhardt
President, Bernhardt Contracting Ltd.
Mark is President of Bernhardt Contracting Ltd. and CEO of Energy Code Solutions. For the last decade he and his team have spent their time developing, building, retrofitting, and consulting on some of Canada’s highest-performance homes. Mark is a Registered Energy Advisor and Passive House Consultant, serves on several provincial code committees and is a CHBA BC Past President.
Bryan Uhler
Vice President, Pioneer Builders Inc.
A second-generation builder, Bryan is known for simultaneously taking a technical approach to the application of building physics while also taking a rational approach to the ultimate business decisions that need to be made. With an educational background in finance and accounting, Bryan doesn’t lose sight of the “control layers” of running a successful and profitable business.
